Stage 1:The salesman development:
1.1 After receiving the product pictures, CAD, reference, test specifications and other documents provided by customers, the salesman department shall submit them to the Quotation Department for development evaluation
1.2 Development feasibility assessment
1.2.1 Design department combined with previous experience, analysis of the use of materials, equipment/mold, process, control focus, product analysis report and report on mold opening scheme
1.2.2 According to the "product analysis Report" and "Mold Opening Plan Report", the quotation department calculates the mold cost and fills in the "Mold Quotation Sheet".
1.3 Salesman according to the quotation department to provide analysis of the cost results and quotation, the overall accounting of the mold price, if the customer has a request, according to the quotation of the customer to prepare the mold price
1.4 "Product analysis report", "Mold opening plan report", "mold quotation" and other related materials shall be collected by the salesman department and submitted to the salesman general manager for review
1.5 Salesman and customer quotation, coordination work
1.6 The sales department will inform the project department of the development approval information to indicate the start of the new mold development
1.7 The general manager approved the project to start
Stage 2:
Project launch & mold design
2.1.1 Project team members attend new product development meetings to discuss customer requirements, preliminary mold project review and schedule planning
2.1.2 Design department according to customer technical requirements to prepare mold details
2.1.3 The project department shall make the project plan according to the delivery date and production load
2.1.4 The project department tracks by project node
2.2 Data and related technical requirements
2.2.1 According to the technical requirements, make preliminary design, confirm parting line, mold shape, ejection, equipment related information, and confirm with customers
2.2.2 Make a list of product defects and possible risks due to structural reasons, and confirm with the customer
2.3 Design review record form
2.3.1 According to the pre-design confirmed structure for detailed design, confirm 3D, 2D
2.3.2 To evaluate the structural rationality, reliability, parts and components processing technology, assembly technology;And modify and self-test
2.3.3 Generate detailed list of molds, materials, purchased parts, etc
Stage 3:
Purchase
2.4.1 Purchase according to the spare parts list and related machining graphics provided by the design
2.4.2 Warehousing and receiving management of related mold parts and supplies
Stage 4:
Mold making and monitoring
2.5.1 Determine the machining process and rated working hours of parts
2.5.2 To determine the scheme of parts processing difficulties;Request design changes if necessary
2.5.3 CAM process programming according to process requirements
2.5.4 Conduct electrode design and preparation
2.5.5Confirm the completion time of each part according to the project plan, determine the priority of mold manufacturing and make detailed plan of mold processing
